About Kelly

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of women who, just like you, want to look and feel their best.

As I approach 40, I’ve come to understand that fitness is not just about going hard all the time—it’s about finding balance while knowing when to push yourself. I know first hand the importance of putting in the hard work, but I’ve also learned that true, lasting results come from consistency, self-care, and a program that fits into your lifestyle.

Fitness is my passion—it’s the one thing in life I couldn’t imagine living without. Over the years, I’ve seen how transformative it can be, not only physically but mentally and emotionally.

SGPT (Small Group Personal Training) is a fitness program designed for women who want to get stronger, feel confident, and finally see the results they’ve been working for. You’ll train in small, intimate groups of just 4 people over a 12-16 week block, receiving personalized guidance and tailored workouts and nutrition plans that fit your lifestyle.

Do I need any experience to join?

Not at all! Our program is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, we’ll meet you where you’re at and help you progress at your own pace.

What if I don’t have time to work out?

We know you’re busy! Our workouts are designed to be efficient and effective, with flexible scheduling so you can fit them into your lifestyle. Plus, you’ll get support to stay accountable and make progress, no matter how packed your schedule is.

Can I join if I have dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! We provide nutritional support that’s flexible and designed to fit your needs. Whether you’re vegan, gluten-free, or have any other restrictions, we’ll help you create a plan that works for you.

What kind of support will I get during the program?
